Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Booking Court. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best sports booking experience possible. If you need to cancel your booking, we are here to help.

1. Cancellations

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking time. To be eligible for a full refund, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your reserved slot.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be initiated immediately upon approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your cancellation request.

4. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking time are subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount. In such cases, if any refund is due, it will be processed after the deduction.

5. Facility Issues and Refunds

In the event that a booked facility is unavailable, closed, or unable to provide the reserved service due to the facility owner's reasons, Booking Court will issue a full refund. We will notify you immediately and arrange an alternative booking or process a refund according to your preference.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable depending on the promotion terms. Please review the specific terms associated with your booking before confirming your reservation.

7. Processing Time

Refunds and rescheduling requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
